Last fall I got depressed driving home one day because of all the trees being ripped out along Lisbon Avenue as they rebuild it, add traffic circles, bike lanes, and other improvements. I was excited for the bike lanes but sad for the trees. (A lot of them were pretty tall.) Well, today I went down Lisbon and they are planting a *ton* of trees. They're maybe 5 to 7 feet tall, but it's a start. You plant trees for the future.
