I am at total war with my city over failure to enforce the noise ordinance. What changed this year? Are super powerful bluetooth speakers cheaply available that are easily paired? It is brutal, I sound like a crazy old man getting fired up, but good gawd man. I wish I hadn't protected my hearing so well over the years. If all I get to hear is 20 year old's music from 3 blocks away.
