@jonschwenn my wife’s iPhone does this also. I initially thought it was ad blocking on my network but happens on cell and WiFi. I’ve tried various DNS resolvers, ad blocking extensions, etc. haven’t gotten to the point of purging cache data. Same as you saw, Chrome/Firefox no issue. That was her accepted solution.
