9km. I begin to be concerned that I have just made whipped cream
Upon returning to the laboratory further investigation confirmed that the vessel contained whipped cream (figure 2).

*redemption* The lead investigator then had a shower and a cup of instant coffee and considered inconsistencies in the scientific literature (had YouTube lied to me?). The lead investigator then gave the vessel a good shake for 5 minutes, after which time they heard a loud 'sploosh' and the cream in the vessel separated into butter and buttermilk. Post processing was performed by washing the butter in icy water to remove any buttermilk (figure 3).
