*redemption*
The lead investigator then had a shower and a cup of instant coffee and considered inconsistencies in the scientific literature (had YouTube lied to me?). The lead investigator then gave the vessel a good shake for 5 minutes, after which time they heard a loud 'sploosh' and the cream in the vessel separated into butter and buttermilk. Post processing was performed by washing the butter in icy water to remove any buttermilk (figure 3).

*evaluation* The butter was eaten on hot cross buns and was very nice (figure 4) *Statistical analysis* Biologists normally rely upon a friend to do statistics for them, but I was alone in the woods so I will ignore the small sample size
