1. 300ml Tesco's double cream
2. A clear Tetley's cold infusions water bottle (the vessel)
3. A bluebell wood
4. Iced water
5. Salt
*Method*
1. Put the cream in the vessel
2. Run 9k in bluebell woods
3. Make butter

*risk assessment* Key risks - Getting lost in the woods - knee knack - accidentally drinking from the vessel when running *Controls* Firstly I left the cream in the fridge overnight and it did not turn into butter. Secondly I carried a water bottle containing water, this also did not turn into butter.
