This paper frustrates me. Nothing against the researchers, but if you can find no consistent patterns, the conclusion shouldn't be "the effects are heterogeneous". The conclusion should be "we couldn't find any pattern / effect". Negative results are still significant! It's important to know that Chiari Malformations don't present with a cogent neuropsychological syndrome! Just fucking say that! https://psycnet.apa.org/record/2027-60062-001
