@j_bertolotti when I hear "The Mastodon time line is empty and boring" I am confused because isn't that a feature rather than a bug?
Like, the biggest problem with Big Social is that it shoves an algorithmically generated firehose of crap in your face that you have to sort through and Fedi is a blank canvas ready for you to craft your own newsfeed masterpiece!

@msh @j_bertolotti I have seen the screen of a person saying this. they had made an account on a server that had shut down in the mean time. there was literally nothing going on in their feed. I explained to them, that this isnt the whole of fediverse. I dont know how they could believe that nothing going on isnt some error but that the platform is literally dead.
