You can keep going with the Aching sub-series, which is a little more YA-oriented, as is The Amazing Maurice & His Educated Rodents. If she wants to backtrack to read more about the witches, they start with Equal Rites & Wyrd Sisters. For Greatest Hits, start with Guards, Guards! & Small Gods.

If you're thinking of going completionist & chronological, I'd note that the first couple books are really primarily parodies of then-popular fantasy novel tropes, and while perfectly fine for what they are, maybe not super interesting to a 12-year-old in 2026.
