One of the big reasons I would never trust an online site or an app to manage my mental health. Transcripts of a woman's therapy sessions were pulled up by her employer during a court trial. WTF!! This goes double for any LLM based therapy app. Talkspace has been pushed in many social media ads and on streaming services with ads. This is scuzzy.

@MyWoolyMastadon my employer has been pushing apps for mental health, menopause, fitness... I trust none of them. Free and convenient, but I could see it getting weaponised very easily.
