@Geoffberner@zeroes.ca Expand SCOTUS court to 13 or 15 justices. There are 13 regional Federal appellate courts now. Have a preliminary panel of 26 judges from which new justices are selected on legal merit and performance Term limits needed. Congressional judicial behavior oversight for corruption and conflict of interests Also congressional confirmation process should not be a political popularity contest and test of political power. See point one.

@Geoffberner@zeroes.ca I think it wouldn't matter if the American people could get their collective heads out of their collective asses and not elect right wing fascist Nazis who appoint corrupt Supreme Court justices. Joe Biden appointed Ketjani Jackson and Chuck confirmed her, don't blame them for this mess.
