@Geoffberner@zeroes.ca Expand SCOTUS court to 13 or 15 justices. There are 13 regional Federal appellate courts now. Have a preliminary panel of 26 judges from which new justices are selected on legal merit and performance Term limits needed. Congressional judicial behavior oversight for corruption and conflict of interests Also congressional confirmation process should not be a political popularity contest and test of political power. See point one.
