@nicolexyz@hachyderm.io well I get very strong reactions to waking up. Lifelong insomniac and problems with panic attacks when waking, so when my wifish wakes me and I am immediately stressed, disoriented and confused and say "Whhaaa I'm confused" ae can say "You are being flapjacked" and I immediately calm
