Here is the same pattern moving in extremely small fractional increments from just two to three steps between lit LEDs.

If you increment the starting LED, instead of always starting in the center at LED 0, the spirals are rotated and appear to spin. Here I'm manually changing the increment between lit LEDs. https://lectronz.com/products/fibonacci256-hdr-166mm
