I went out to lunch today at a cafe with a friend. I had a hamburger. With beetroot relish. Yum!
We're obviously in Australia. A hamburger is not a hamburger if it's not under the influence of beetroot.

@cheryanne@aus.social After trying to buy a cheap sanger press from eBay that never arrived - dodged a bullet I suspect - I ordered an expensive (non-toxic) one from GGuys. The old 4-sanger is great but tooooo big & heavy. This one's a 2x appliance & quick to deploy. The point being, I got stuck in and made a toastie yesterday and... forgot the beetroot. No excuse!
