@cheryanne@aus.social After trying to buy a cheap sanger press from eBay that never arrived - dodged a bullet I suspect - I ordered an expensive (non-toxic) one from GGuys. The old 4-sanger is great but tooooo big & heavy. This one's a 2x appliance & quick to deploy. The point being, I got stuck in and made a toastie yesterday and... forgot the beetroot. No excuse!
