I think the problem with regarding the advent of LLMs for coding / diffusion for asset production as some sort of personal grief process that has to be dealt with is that the moment you think "well if this is how things are we might as well get on with it" you are now confronted with the practical reality that it might turn out that you don't own the code you've made / that you have effectively made a beautiful montage that you can never sell once the case law has stabilised //
