@juliew2010 coincidentally I’ve been reading a book on jewelry making from the 60s and just finished the chapter on lapidary and stone cutting. What a stunning rendering in piecework! You really captured the light.

@infryq Thank you. This one is done in batik fabric and that slight patterned fabric made all the difference. I've done a similar one in solid colours and while it's lovely, it doesn't have that depth that this one has.
