@kirk They fell out of favour in my town (E Anglia uk) because homeless ppl would sleep in them. That tells you something.

@annehargreaves @kirk its a vicious circle, we need better help for homeless folk *before* setting up schemes like this. For one thing, if some poor blighter is reduced to sleeping in one and they are constantly woken up by middle class folk locking up 1500€ e-bikes next to them its lkely they *are* tempted sooner or later to exploit any insecurities they might find..
