@annehargreaves @kirk its a vicious circle, we need better help for homeless folk *before* setting up schemes like this.
For one thing, if some poor blighter is reduced to sleeping in one and they are constantly woken up by middle class folk locking up 1500€ e-bikes next to them its lkely they *are* tempted sooner or later to exploit any insecurities they might find..

@vfrmedia @kirk well, yes except the middle class folks definitely wouldn't use them after the homeless folk had. Then Council took them away. I think there are new ones at the hospital, which is a centre of cycle thievery.
