@christianp My permission to operate came in a couple weeks after the install, but the state approval so I could get reimbursed for solar energy credits took about 6 months. Of course, all the energy I generated in that time does not count, since it was pre-approval. There are *enormous* numbers of blockades in the way of getting a working solar installation!
