@weekend_editor hopefully it won't take as long for us! They did say there was a backlog, but I am impatient.

@christianp @weekend_editor After a year of delays, the city approved the system on 4/13. On 4/15, the installer went bankrupt. I spent five hours on Tuesday trying to fill out the Permission To Operate (PTO) forms from scratch. Got a call Wednesday that I had made that one error such that everything had to be done again from scratch. Did it all again yesterday. Joy.
