So we had a record day today (in terms of sales), but it's not something I feel great about.
We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our food and service... And today was not our best showing.
Service was manic and patchy, and wait times were longer than I would like.

I've always been a big believer in slow, organic growth. Which is why we don't collaborate or work with influencers and content creators. While they can bring more eyes and attention to your business, they often cause huge spikes in interest and huge waves of customers looking for the next 'trendy' thing.
