I've been invited out to a writers' open mic at The Albion in Guelph tonight. I don't think I'll get an opportunity to read. They have seven minute slots and my current piece, on a cold read, was ten and a half. Mostly looking to see what the #WritingCommunity in Guelph looks like. I could definitely use more peers.
