I've got an old laptop I mostly use for writing. The battery has seen better days. Writing in vscodium on xfce, I get about two hours. Writing in neovim in a full screen terminal emulator under xfce, I get about three and a half. Writing in neovim in the terminal without X, just shy of six hours.
