@debacle I knew libreoffice supports saving different versions in a one opendocument file, possibly the web versions support that. Nextcloud also automatically saves versions that are being synced to the server, but has autoexpiration rules However their docs claim they have "named versions" which don't get autodeleted. https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/user_manual/en/files/version_control.html#naming-a-version

    @alienghic Thanks! OK, so I was missing the bit about "named versions". That's better than automatic versions already. Still, I'm not sure how to version multiple files together. It seems to be only one file at a time, like back then with #RCS 🙂 @ralfix
