One of the most important tools in a leftist’s toolbox is self-regulation.
To calm yourself. To center yourself. To stay grounded when all is chaos. To weather the storm as the fascists flood the zone.

I love to sing aloud. It forces me to breathe, and to feel my body, and to think. I love to take long walks with comrades and process everything that’s coming at us, and celebrate all the little victories. Pain shared is pain halved. Joy shared is joy multiplied. And I must admit, I loved pulling that big canoe with the tribe last weekend. To move in unison and move in the same direction. Shut up and pull!
