I want a device, but I don't know if it exists or not. It needs all the functionality of a rack PDU: per outlet switching/metering, delayed per port startups at boot, remote management via SNMP/SSH/Web. But rather than mains outlets it's USB, and it needs to have a selection of USB-A, and USB-C outlets that do proper PD 3.0 negotiation. This is for my home network/AV rack that has *loads* of USB kit in it that I find hard to control unless I plug each into a wall wart, and hang off a PDU.
