@RedRobyn @BobLefridge @thomasbeagle @thirzajane I think the window should be wider, but the problem with funding it for the entire age range is that the start-up cost is unpredictable and perhaps very large. If even half a million people got it the first year it became available that's a serious chunk of Pharmac's budget for the year.

@tslumley You could increase the window by a year or two every year, to spread out the price increase. @RedRobyn @BobLefridge @thomasbeagle @thirzajane
