Data brokers, easily. Also, bill collectors are one of the stereotypical scummy occupations alongside door-to-door sales and buy-here-pay-here car lots.

What's wrong with door to door sales? Should people with enough money to pay a landlord for a storefront be the only ones allowed to sell stuff, or just dropshippers on Amazon, or just big box stores like wallmart? Also, do door to door salemen even exist anymore? I think I've only seen them in movies from the 50's
