@AdaraAstin @MartinVuilleme That being said, Nant (Vevey and Rennaz) has a crisis service with a 24/7 phone line that will be able to advise them. AFAIK, those line are good (if your friend had bad experience in Nant, they can call the CHUV, in Lausanne, they have a similar service). They will be able to direct them to a facility that has room, or will be able to meet them quickly for an appointment. @AdaraAstin @MartinVuilleme I'm sorry for their bad experiences in the past, residential psychiatry is a complicated field (both to work in and to benefit from) and bad habits tend to endure. And i cannot garantee that it won't happen again or that it will be benefitial for them. That's why i would advise to go through those lines, so that they can meet someone that will be able to advise them correctly.
