Things that never happen:
Phoning the GP surgery at 0800 to join the Monday morning thundering herd. Getting through on the first dial. Getting an appointment for 0900.
It happened!
I'll do the lottery this week 😁

@greem similar: used the NHS app for online triage today at 08:10, got a call back from reception at 09:18 to arrange a (non-urgent) clinic appointment. Appointment next Friday! It’s not all doom and gloom; many parts of the #NHS still operate like a well designed and maintained machine 😍
