As an American, I'm rooting for non-American entities (and rooting more for AMERICAN entities) to properly accomplish digital sovereignty. The reason: NO ONE needs third parties that they can't properly control mucking in their data. Not Americans, not the Euro community, NO ONE. At this point, and this is the fault of tech companies, these corporations have proven they can't be trusted. Hire people directly that can be trusted. Deploy solutions that don't tie you back to Company X.
