@odoben @chirpbirb Sometimes I want to pass in arguments to a Flatpak app, open a file using admin:// so I can edit it as root, or troubleshoot why an app is spitting out an error by seeing the terminal output. Also, you can have Flatpak CLI applications, they're just more rare.
