What do people use to connect a laptop or phone to a sound mixer with minimal lag? Bluetooth isn't an option, unbalanced audio is horrible (sometimes you can hear radio from some cables, mainly cheap ones) and people say USB-XLR cables are horrible.
Are there mixers with USB-C input? Even if there are, the sound mixers I often have to deal with only support 6mm TS jacks and XLR. I saw some with RCA inputs and 3 mm TS jack input, but never USB input, not even the most expensive mixer I dealt with (it cost around 600 thousand reais IIRC).

I know it might be a noob question. When I was in that expensive event the sound engineer taught me a bit about this, but I still have a lot to learn. IIRC there is an equipment he used to connect the keyboard to the board that basically converts unbalanced audio into balanced before interference can become a problem.
