April 24th wasn't warm, although its High did manage to make it above freezing.
But that High of 1.3°C was the 5th coldest on record (recently 2008 was 2nd coldest).
Just a few days earlier April 20th's High of 22.7°C was its 5th warmest on record.

...the airport only recorded 0.2cm of snow on April 24th. Downtown definitely got more than that (with even more this morning). April's 11.9cm is getting close to its average of 13.4cm.
