Do I know anyone who works on the Royal Mail web team?
If so, why is the parcel tracker so terrible? It doesn’t seem even possible for someone to create a link which shows you tracking for a tracking number. It uses #/hash/navigation like it’s 2011. You can’t refresh results to update them.
Maybe there are good reasons for this. Maybe it’s just not been touched for 15 years. I’m happy to listen. But please make it better.

@sil I'm fairly sure you could go direct to a tracking link a few years ago, then they changed it to make it worse

@sil Everything about Royal Mail has got worse. They probably just want consistency.
