The first screenshot is of a two dimensional map that is useful in creating and understanding the relations between the various tasks. This helps identifying gaps and make it easy to organize the order of work. The second screenshot is a list of tasks which most project management tools show, you might even think of it as the first column in a kanban board, but thanks to the relations created in the two dimensional map, we have tasks that can be started with at the top.
