@mmasnick ah, yeah that sucks. as a small timer here I haven't faced much of that (don't face many replies at all), but yeah my inclination would be to mute early and often

@mmasnick @matunos The "scoldy" culture issue has been explicitly discussed a lot here over the last few months and hopefully the attention has resulted in some more awareness of how annoying it can be. It will be interesting to see if the quality your engagement has improved from your previous experience. In any case, welcome back, you contributions are much appreciated.
