@annecollier Troubling that many of these proposed "child" protection laws require adults to provide personal information before engaging in constitutionally protected speech.

@markvonwahlde Very troubling. Based on the ones I’ve read, these laws represent the opposite of data minimization, so they threat everybody’s privacy and data security as well as children’s agency, rights of participation and psychosocial wellbeing.
