#kdenlive Linux users: do you get actual 60 fps playback in the timeline?
i have hardware acceleration enabled via VAAPI (Intel GPU), my project is set to 60fps, and i have tried original, transcoded-to-edit-friendly-format, as well as proxy clips. the fps overlay always says 60, but the playback is visibly more like 30.
not a hardware issue, since Davinci Resolve Studio does 60fps without the system breaking a sweat

@ahihi@anticapitalist.party Just looked, I've got an amd gpu via vaapi. Project and clip at 60fps. I recorded the kdenlive playback and it does look to be missing about half the frames compared to the original clip when going frame by frame

@ahihi@anticapitalist.party I think mine also doesn't do 60fps even with these settings can't be entirely sure tho, but I think it looks more choppy than 60fps - still not really 30fps either? more like 45? I wish I had a framerate display thingy on linux
