Probably not the most acute #actuallyautistic observation ever but I find being autistic isn't the problem. Its the world giving me potential mental health challenges as a result. Steadying the ship is seemingly my lifelong need at this point. (Note, I'm fine, this is purely my observation)

@SHODAN@mas.to Depending on where you're coming from, it is likely a very acute observation, given that it runs contrary to the dominant paradigm. Either way it is still a profound and vital component to self regulation and healing.
