@UkeleleEric @scroeser @tempusfelix If we had a functioning society, one could argue about "enabling." We don't. I don't hand out money often but I'll greet as I ride by. If I had to say something to explain, I'd say "I don't know their story, I hope it gets better, and we're working on making things better."
