Drive belt, water pump, alternator, and tensioner pulley are replaced and oil change is finished. Spent most of the day crawling around under it trying to remove the coolant and A/C lines that went (past tense) to the rear A/C unit. I removed that weeks ago to make more room inside. This is a fairly standard thing to do to Econoline conversions. I bought a block off kit so that I can recharge the A/C and still have it up front. But damn it's hard to work these pressure fittings when your arm deep in a machine.

It feels good to figure this stuff out and I took the money I saved doing this myself and expanded the scope. The only things that really needed done right now we're the plugs and belt but I figured as long as I'm doing those might as well be proactive and get the closest stuff around them replaced too. Hopefully means we'll have a lot of reliable years in this van.
