I've just very nearly avoided a panic attack die to having to stress for a family birthday. I've felt insecure and wrong in my clothes most of my life, and knowing that it will all be commented on is stressing me out to no end. Combined with the general overwhelm... Not good. (I chose jeans and a blazer, because I feel less vulnerable in that than anything decidedly feminine like a skirt or dress. I wish I could feel at home in dresses... But they never fit my figure well enough to feel safe)
