@agnes Obviously I don’t have anywhere near the same context as you do, but just the little amount I’ve been exposed by watching Japanese and Korean TV makes me… laugh? But in a sad way. “What if you don’t get married!?!” Yes. What if? What? The world is going to burn down? Please tell me, “what” great danger you might imagine will come of that. It’s so often implied, but never actually like, brought through to the logical conclusion. (Not saying that’s unique to Asian culture)
