I wonder if the correct term for attendees at the Whitehouse Correspondants Dinner is journalist. Real journalists are those willing to lose access to this Whitehouse rather than just repeat which happened to the AP last year.
I'd propose the Whitehouse Sycophants Dinner as more accurate for those sacrificing fearless journalism for access to the star of the Epstein Files. #Epstein

@JeffreySmith@mastdn.social The minor observations, quips and chitchat about this are endless. It is an easy subject to "say something" about. So of course AP, WaPo, etc. will see all the social media cache hits for these stories and try to post more such stories for as long as possible. It makes a nice break from posting smiling family photos of mass shooters above the fold for weeks on end.
