    3/ a ranking based on open data, even though in itself an improvement compared to one using closed data, is still a ranking. There are many arguments against the provision and use of rankings, especially when done without critical assessment of both their methodology and application. In this sense, open rankings should continue to be questioned as much as closed rankings. 3a/
