Especially when tv, internet and people speak about USA and Trump 24/7
But I don’t watch TV and Lemmy IS my Internet these days.
People in my friends group stopped posting news stuff because they assume everyone’s seen everything already lol

Same, I have a similar conundrum. Everytime I go longer than a few days without checking US news some unspeakable shit goes down. Like a dictator getting kidnapped. The constant battle between wanting to stay informed and the urge to live peacefully as an off-grid mountain man lol
