Just reminding everyone that hepatocellular carcinoma is cruel and highly lethal, and the BEST way to avoid this really nasty illness is to get immunized against the hepatitis virus as a child. The second best is as an adult. Yet, the HHS leadership is whistling and gazing into the clouds and giving new parents the impression that the vaccines are ineffective and risky, while totally ignoring WHY you need the vaccine. Let's be fucking frank here: driving to the shops is hundreds of times riskier than getting a Hep shot, and primary liver cancer will FUCK YOU UP in ways you cannot imagine.
